THE COMPANY

The technology for the manufacturing of Shaftless Screw Conveyors has been developed in the family ever since its inception 60 years ago and we take great pride in this.

We have successful business relations with our customers worldwide.

Through the years we have provided our customers with ingenius solutions to solve various types of Material Handling problems. The experience we have acquired over the years, has given us extensive knowledge in the field of Material Handling, with Screw Conveyors as our main focus.

Our Shaftless Screws and Screw Products with centre tube, have been purposefully designed and developed to offer better and unique solutions for most of the Material Handling problems. Our products offer unique solutions in various industries and for different types of materials.

MATERIAL HANDLING

General

Interest in environmental issues around the world has never been as great as now. Handling of Hazardous chemicals or other dusty materials from various industries, can release harmful particles which pollute the air, this poses a huge health risk.

Wood dust, as natural as it may seem can pose health risks. Some types of wood dusts are actually cancer classified.

The need for technological solutions to improve the environment around the world is enormous. Johnson Conveyor Systems AB has over the years delivered a large number of products and solutions to a variety of industries for more environmentally friendly material handling concepts.

In the area of ??waste / recycling, we handle hazardous waste such as; fluorescent tubes and lamps containing mercury, recyclable plastics, household waste, slaughterhouse waste, materials that easily dust, or other materials that pose health risks. These materials must be handled in air tight systems.

For example, the food and drug industries that handle material such as powder, the transported material must be protected from ambient air to avoid damage.
For the food and pharmaceutical industries, we are also aware that there are stringent requirements for both easy cleaning and good design on the product. Johnson Conveyor has a very good reputation for delivering reliable products of high quality and finish.

In addition to our extensive range of standard Screw Products, we offer customized Material Handling Equipments. At Johnson Conveyor we work closely with our customers to develop and transform ideas into finished products.

Some examples of our customized equipments are:
Sugar sprinkler machinery and dosing equipment for pharmaceutical powders. The machines are made entirely of stainless steel with high demands on design and finish.
